City asks people to not use toilet as trash can

WORLAND — While having improper things flushed through the City of Worland’s sewer system has been an ongoing issue, the number of items has increased over the past few weeks.

One theory on the increase is people improvising when toilet paper runs out at stores across the country, including Washakie County, which saw people hoarding toilet paper and it disappearing quickly off the shelves.
