Black Thunder earns superior rating

CASPER - The Worland High School Marching Band Black Thunder earned a superior rating for the fourth straight year during the State Marching Band Festival in Casper last Saturday.

Worland was one of 19 high school bands competing. All but two of the bands competed in the division with color guard.

Five other high schools also earned superior ratings - Cheyenne East, South High School, Kelly Walsh, Buffalo and Thunder Basin.

Hot Springs County High School's marching band earned an excellent rating in the without color guard division.
