I may be 'bias'ed: Transgender girls are girls

A group of state lawmakers filed a bill that bars transgender women and girls in Wyoming from participating in high school and collegiate sports that match their gender identity. The Senate voted 25-4-1 to introduce the bill and it was referred to the Education Committee on Feb. 18.
