Robert Henry Fritzler

Robert Henry Fritzler went to his heavenly home on May 29, 2023 after a brief battle with cancer. He was born in Worland, WY on May 21, 1937 to Henry H. Fritzler and Edith O. Bower. "Bob" graduated from Worland High School and attended the University of Wyoming. He owned the Conoco Station on Big Horn and 10th Street before serving a brief stint in the U. S. Army. He then went to work for Pure Oil Co. which became Unocal. After retiring, he worked at Tommerup Machine Shop until he left the workforce to enjoy his family and his cabin in the Big Horn Mountains.

Preceding him in death are his parents; brother Bruce Fritzler; sister Sally Sellers, and grandson Jon Fritzler. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Kay Young; children, Terece, Buffalo, WY; Scott (Lynn), Worland; Jody Touchet (Scott), Cypress, TX; Steven (Lisa), Old Lyme, CT; a sister, Maxine Watson, Sheridan WY ; along with 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grand children. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews and many friends.

A gathering for family and friends is planned for June 24th beginning at 4:00 at the Senior Center. Memorials in his name may be made to Worland Senior Center, P.O. Box 317, Worland, WY 82401 or charity of your choice.
