Caroline Frances DeCroo, 87, passed away on July 15, 2023, at the Washakie Medical Center.
She was born on December 9, 1935, in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be at 3 p.m., Saturday, August 5, 2023, at the at Zion Church.
