Charles (Chuck) Arthur Hooper passed away peacefully on Jan. 26, 2024, in Billings, Montana.
Chuck was born on Nov. 18, 1951 in Worland, Wyoming.
His ashes will be spread at Ten Sleep Creek in Wyoming, per Chuck’s wishes.
