Wyoming Boys' School Principal Eric Pomeroy watches students practice landing their drones on landing pads at Newell Sargent Park on June 18. Teacher Rebecca George said that boys earned the ability to attend by reaching milestones in their program at the Boys' School, and the drones were a great hands-on application of the physics that they are currently learning in class. Drones were provided by University of Wyoming Professor of Astronomy Tim Slater and teacher Rick Sanchez of Clear Creek Middle School in Buffalo, representing drone-challenges.org.
