Ten Sleep Parade brings out the spectators

A near record crowd watched the 2024 Ten Sleep Fourth of July Parade, according to organizer Becky Cooper.

She said the streets were lined with people and she had not seen a crowd like that in a long while.

Winning Best Parade Theme (Chute for the Stars) was Flying A Animal Health.

Judge’s Choice was the Lazy T Ranch.

Other winners were:

Horse entry Wyoming High School Rodeo Queen Payton Bischoff; and Toni Gamble.

Car entry: Pony Express with 1947 Ford.

Best Community Group: Ten Sleep Senior Center.

Best Boy: Dooley Livestock

Best Girl: Washakie County Cowbelles; and Abigail, Makenzie, Hymnsly, Graycn, Brook of Rapid City.

Church: Ten Sleep United Methodist Church.

Business: Dirty Sally’s.
