Jesusica Corseña Parra-Harvey, "Jesi" born January 6, 1977 to Armando and Victoria Parra in Italy. From there she had moved to Kansas, Utah, Wyoming, Arizona, and Colorado. She spent most of her childhood with family at the park or going for coffee with her mother. All holidays were spent with Bert and Doug Bauer and her family. She was incredibly funny and honest. In 1996 she met her husband Chris and had two beautiful children.
Jesi loved spending her spare time in Wyoming rockhounding, hiking, and coaching youth bowling. Her favorite time of year was the spring and fall. Jesi moved with her family to Arizonia for school. With her new Degree, Jesi started her own business "Helping Hands Massage Therapy," in Wyoming. When an opportunity arose, Jesi and her family moved to Colorado where they bought a home. In Colorado, she relished life, went to various concerts, games and events living an awe-inspiring life. Jesi, affectionately known as, "Aunt Jessica," by her nephews Christian and Quentin Parra were asked to visit; she showed them the incredible enjoyments of her life. Jesi had a fulfilling job at UNC Holmes dining hall where she had many coworkers turned from friends to family. She was revered as a mom by many student workers giving holiday gifts and words of encouragement as needed.
While thriving in Colorado, a medical anomaly took her life on the afternoon of July 25, 2024; Jesi was surrounded by her dearest friends and family.
She is preceded in death by "the love of her life" Winston, as well as her Aunt CorDee and Grandpa Lemos.
She is survived by her Husband Christopher Harvey, Son Benjamin Harvey, Daughter Paige Harvey, Son Alexander (Morgan) Harvey , Granddaughter Sophie Harvey, Grandson Julien Harvey, Mother Victoria Parra, Father Armando Parra, Brother Armando (Lily) Parra, Best friend Jamie Short, Sisters Daniela Smith and Alicia Valencia, as well as her Aunt Margaret, Uncle Paul, Several nieces and nephews, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and her grandparents.
As her smile could be seen from afar, and her heart was felt by many.
Celebration of life is planned for the spring.
