A Darn Good Day at the Dog Derby

Benny, owned by Klinette Brandon, took top prize in the costume contest. The talented dog was second in the races, showed off some agility skills and while the skateboard was a prop, Brandon assured that he does ride it ... on cement. The contest was part of the FurBall Dog Races fundraiser for New Hope Humane Society. The competition was in Basin, Saturday morning at the Big Horn County Fair indoor arena.
